NOTE – this family appears in 1880 census of Springfield, Greene co, Missouri. They moved to Polk County, Oregon in 1881 and lived on a farm near Salem, but later moved into Dallas where they appear in the 1900 census. Adam died 26 Aug 1902 in Dallas and Mary died 22 Nov 1921 in Springfield, Missouri. Both are buried in the Dallas cemetery. See Adam’s obituary, Polk County Itemizer, Friday, August 29, 1902, 3:6
