OBITUARY: 

Miss Florence J. McGrew, youngest daughter of John W. McGrew, pioneer merchant of Perrydale, Or., died at Vancouver, Wash., February 26. Miss McGrew was employed as superintendent of the operating department of the Vancouver woolen mills and was taken ill suddenly while at work Saturday. She died of pheumonia early Sunday morning.
Surviving her are her father [sic! father died 1890], a brother, C. A. McGrew of Talent, Or., and two sisters, Mrs. Mabel Bruler of Talent and Mrs. Jessie E. Ball of Portland.
