Phyllis was born and raised in Salem, Ore., and she spent over 20 years in Redmond. She lived the past nine years in Medford. She was a devoted and loving mother.
She is survived by her five children, Curtis, Phillip, Lori, Shannon and Patricia; and nine grandchildren.

Medford – Phyllis M. McCandlish (McKinney) died peacefully at her home on Sept 29, 2006. Phyllis McKinney was born and raised in Salem. She married in 1956 and later spent over 20 years in Redmond. She lived the past nine years in Medford. She was a devoted and loving mother. She is survived by her five children, Curtis McCanslich, Phillip McCandlish, Lori Chakarun, Shannon McCandlish, and Patricia McDonald; and nine grandchildren.
