MRS. MARY HORTEN
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:30 A.M. in the chapel of McGinnis & Wilhelm for Mr.s Mary Horten, 69, who died Sunday at the home of her son Iver Horten 4615 S. E. Knapp street. Interment will be at Salem.
Born in Norway, Mrs. Horten had lived in Portland for nine years. Surviving relatives besides the Portland son include three daugthers, Mrs. Alma Dickson and Mrs. Julia Gideon of Portland and Mrs. Olga York of Beaverton, a son Theodore at Battle Creek, Mich., and two brothers, Ole Berg of Portland and Thor Berg of Mason City, Iowa.
