OBITUARY: 

Corvallis – Milton Allen Albin, 71, of 1225 SE Park St, died Friday in Good Samaritan Hospital here. A native of Hampstead, Md, he had lived in Oregon since 1941. He was a mill worker for many years and retired as a greenskeeper at the Marysville Golf Course here in 1979. He was a member of Eagles Lodge No 3304 and had attended the Presbyterian and Episcopal churches. Surviving are his wife, Myrtle I., Corvallis; daughter, patricia Smith, Del Mar, Calif; brothers, Henry E. Lapine, Woodrow W., Belvidere, SD, Howard F., Caldwell, Idaho, and Jake J., Carson City, Nev; sisters, Edith Smith, Boise, Idaho, Jesse Harrington, Waldport, Ruth Allen, Lewiston, Idaho, Mildred Osborn, Thorp, Wash, and Margaret Shirley, Boise; two grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 pm today at DeMoss-Durdan mortuary.
