Giesy on 4 Mar 1985 at Port Angeles, Clallam co, Washington, age 99y [Washington death index]

OBITUARY: 

Monroe Arthur Purvine, late resident of 2186 Chemeketa St, in this city, Jan 29, at the age of 74. Survived by a brother, Fred Purvine of Portland; sisters, Mrs James A. Remington and Mrs Eugene T. Prescott, both of Salem. Services will be held at 1:30 pm Friday, Feb 1, in the W.T. Rigdon Chapel, with concluding services at Zena Cemetery. The Rev F.E. Fisher will officiate.
