Eloine A. Osburn, 72, of 376 Waldo Ave SE, died Tuesday. Born in Spring Valley, she was a lifelong resident of the Salem area, and had been employed as bookkeeper for the Gervais School District. She was a member of St Paul Episcopal Church. Survivors include her daughter, Kathy Strand, Issaquah, Wash; and sister, Joy Hudson, Salem. Memorial services will be at 10 am Thursday in St Paul Episcopal Church. Private interment will be under direction of Barrick mortuary. Contributions may be made to the church.
