Talent [Washington Digital Archives]. She appears in 1930 census of Los Angeles, California as Hilda Talent, divorced, with daughter Beryl L. Talent (14y, b Washington)

Services for Joe Floyd Adkins, Monmouth, were conducted at 1 pm Friday in the Bollman Funeral Home with Rev Charles Ludwig officiating. Interment was in the Womer cemetery at Pedee. Adkins died Tuesday, July 30. He was born Sept 16, 1901, in Fairburg, Nebr, the son of Aaron and Georgia Dollar Adkins. He married Hilda G. Talent May 21, 1937 in Socorro, N Mex. He lived in southern California prior to moving to Oregon in October 1961. He was a retired employee of Douglas Aircraft Co of Long Beach, where he worked as an assembler. Survivors include his widow, Hilda G. Adkins, Pedee; two sisters, Mrs Tom Wood and Mrs Martin Deceta, both of Castaic, Calif; three grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
