Charles D. Bennett
Age 58, passed away January 19, 2007. Beloved husband of Leslie, father of Georgia Perkins, Aaron Nikki Perkins, Carrie Bennett and Charlie K. Dominique Bennett, grandfather of Angelica, Alicia, Jacob, Jazmynn, Liam, Avery, Adin, and Deasun, brother of Pete Laverne Bennett, and Michelle Gary Mahana. He will also be missed by his many friends at The Roundtable. Charlie was a Vietnam Veteran, serving in the US Navy for twenty-one years. He later retired from Goodrich in 2004 after seventeen years of service. Charlie enjoyed golfing and shooting darts with his friends. No local service. A family service will be held in Pedee, Oregon, Saturday, January 27. Memorials may be directed to Providence Hospice, 2731 Wetmore, Suite 520, Everett, Wa. 98201.

Charles Dean Bennett, April 23, 1948-Jan 19, 2007

Charles Dean Bennett, 58, died Jan 19 in Lynwood, Wash. He was born in Corvallis to Kenneth and Ruby Lyday Bennett and was raised in Pedee. Charlie graduated from Dallas High School, joined the Navy and retired after 20 years of service January 1988. He married Leslie Perkins on June 10, 1977. They moved to the Seattle area where they resided the last 18 years. Charlie worked for Tramco until his retirement. Survivors include his wife, Leslie; children, Georgia Perkins, Aaron Perkins, Charles Bennett and Carrie Bennett; brother, Pete Bennett of Pedee; sister, Michelle Mahana of Philomath; and eight grandchildren. Memorial service is 2 pm Saturday, Jan 27 at Pedee Evangelical Church. Contributions may be made to Providence Hospice, S Snohomish Co, 2731 Wetmore Ave #520, Everett, WA 98201.
