May 1873 in Kansas, is enumerated with her husband of 11 years, James, age 37, occupation laborer, b. Apr 1863 in Iowa,  along with Emma, age 6, b. Jul 1893 in Kansas, and Ira, age 2, b. Mar 1898 in Kansas. Also enumerated with the family is George Allison, identified as brother [of James], age 32, single, occupation laborer, b. 1867 in Iowa.
1920 OR CENSUS - Lizzy A. Allison, age 47, b. Kansas, is enumerated with James M., age 56, occupation railroad section manager, b. Iowa, along with Elena, age 15, b. Kansas, Lela, age 11, b. Kansas, Elizabeth, age 7, b. Kansas, and Helen, age 5. b. Oregon. Also enumerated with the family are James Taylor, identified as son-in-law [of James], age 27,. b. OBITUARY: 
Mrs. Elizabeth Allison died at her home in Dallas Monday, September 24, and the funeral was held this (Thursday) afternoon from the Henkle undertaking parlors. Rev C.F. Trimble preached the funeral sermon, and interment was in the Brown cemetery. 
Mrs. Harrison [Allison] was born in Cowley county, Kansas, May 25, 1873, and came to Oregon in 1913. She is survived by three sons, George S. Allison in Tillamook Ore. There are also seven living daughters, of which three live in California and the others in Oregon. Her father, J.S. Clark, and two sisters and two brothers, live in Oklahoma.
