Ralph Orin Snyder, 74, Falls City, died in the Dallas hospital Sunday after an illness of several years. Funeral services were Wednesday at 2 pm at the Henkle and Bollman chapel with Rev Kenneth Johnston officiating. Burial was in the Smith cemetery, Monmouth. Mr Smith was born July 2, 1875, in Dallas and had lived most of his life in Portland. He came to Falls City in 1938 and made his home there until his death. He was married to Miss Ada Voight who preceded him in death. He was a member of the Christian church. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs Ivy Taylor of Seattle, Wn, a son, Chester of Salem, and two sisters, Mrs Hettie Emig of Napa, Cal, and Mrs Edith E. Gattis of Seattle.
