William Morris ‘Billy’ Noble Jr, March 3, 1935-May 13, 2014
William Morris “Billy” Noble Jr, 79, died May 13 in Salem. He was born in Morehead, Ky, to William Morris Noble Sr and Margaret (Steven) Noble. Billy was a member of Self Protection Advocacy and Rights Council. He loved collecting photos and showing them to his friends. His passion was strawberry ice cream. He will be remembered with great affection by his many friends and Partnerships in Community Living family. Graveside service was Friday at Smith Cemetery, south of Monmouth. Memorial service is June 6 at 3 pm at the office of Partnerships in Community Living Inc, 480 E Main St, Monmouth. Farnstrom Mortuary handled arrangements.
