OBITUARY: 
Florence, the four year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tillman Crook of Lewisville, died at the home of Marion Smith in Dallas Thursday morning at 1 o’clock after a short illness of malignant tonsilitis and pneumonia. The funeral will be held at the home of Mr and Mrs Crook at Lewisville this afternoon and interment will take place in the Smith cemetery. 
Mr. and Mrs. Crook came to the Artisans picnic in Dallas Saturday, bringing their daughter with them. The latter became ill during the day and was taken to the Smith home where everything possible was done for her but without avail and she gradually grew worse until the end came.
