Note-2nd husband Ira Henderson Sullivan was son of Thomas J. & Sarah C. Sullivan. He remarried 18 July 1948 in Polk Co, Oregon, to Lena Adams. He died 1 Dec 1964 in Linn Co, Oregon, and was buried in Willamette Memorial Cemetery at Albany

OBITUARY: 
Funeral services were held Monday for Mrs Gertrude Alice Sullivan, 62, of the Fir Grove district in the Free Methodist church at Falls City at 2 pm with Rev Stanley Walker officiating. Mrs Sullivan, who had lived in Falls City and the Fir Grove district for 42 years, died last Wednesday in Falls City after being in failing health for about a year. Burial was in the Montgomery cemetery. Born on June 1, 1884, in Benton county, Mrs Sullivan was the daughter of Mr and Mrs Robert Perin. She lived in Benton county until 1904 when she moved to Falls City and married Rolla Waterhouse on August 27, 1907. Mr Waterhouse preceded her in death. On October 26, 1926, she married Ira Sullivan at Falls City and they made their home in Fir Grove. Mr Sullivan was a member of the Falls City Christian church for about 38 years. She was known as a very friendly person, interested much in the welfare of others and a good wife and mother. Surviving are the husband, Ira Sullivan of Falls City; one son, Daniel Waterhouse of Falls City; two daughters, Mrs J.O. Burbank of Rt 1, Monmouth, and Mrs Fred Trueax of Rt 2, Dallas; one sister, Mrs Frank Moore of Springfield; five brothers, Fred Perin of Salem, Lee Perin of Newport, Ed and Jess Perin of Alsea and Wm Perin of Yacolt, Wn.
