[According to the Thomas E. Lyons 1900 census record, 2 children are listed who would be the offspring of Nettie: Stella, b. Apr 1887, and George, b. Jun 1890. By 1900 Thomas has married Julia Hill, and they have an 11 month old daughter named Maud. Thomas E. OBITUARY:
Died at her parents home in Dallas, Monday, June 20, 1892, Mrs. Nettie Lyons, aged 29 years. She was the wife of Thomas Lyons and a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Brown. She leaves 3 small children.
The funeral services were held at the Baptist church Tuesday afternoon and the remains were taken to Salt Creek cemetery for burial.
