Buried in same plot as Albert Hezekiah & Elvira Mahala Simpson. This was probably a child of their son Albert H. Simpson Jr (1870-1947). He married Mrs A. Jennie Wells on 8 Oct 1894 in Marion Co, Oregon. Jennie died 10 Aug 1896 in Salem, leaving 2 children (death notice Oregon Statesman 13 Aug 1896, 5:5) and was buried in Salem Pioneer Cemetery. Albert Jr remarried in 1902 and is buried with his second wife in Dallas Cemetery. His obituary (Itemizer Observer 12 June 1947) lists two daughters by his second wife but makes no mention of his first marriage. This suggests Jennie had a child by her first husband Wells and a child (V.W.) by her second husband Simpson.
