OBITUARY: 

Julius Carl Nendel, 81-year-old resident of the Airlie community, passed away Friday, May 20. Funeral services were held Sunday morning at the Airlie church with burial in the English cemetery at Airlie with arrangements in charge of Henkle & Bollman of Dallas. Mr. Nendel’s wife passed away on April 1. He was born June 4, 1857, at Apple Ganey, Wisconsin. He had resided in the Airlie district for 39 years. Mr Nendel is survived by trwo sons, Charles Nendel, Route 2, Monmouth and Henry Nendel, Summit, and one daughter, Mrs Minnie Scott, Summit.
