OBITUARY: 
Edwin Foust [Forrest] Craven, who worked for a number of years at the general store in Rickreall, died at his home at Garibaldi, Ore., Wednesday. He was born October 10, 1873.
Besides his widow, Mrs. Nora L. Craven, Garibaldi, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Kirk Simpson, Salem; one son, Alan L. Craven, Garibaldi; four brothers, F.J. and Rea of Dallas, Hood of Los Angeles, Calif., and Edgar of Los Angeles, and two grandchildren.
Funeral services are to be at Tillamook, Ore., Friday at 10:30 a.m. with interment at the Pioneer cemetery, Rickreall, at 2:15 p.m.

Edwin Forrest Craven of Garibaldi, for many years a Polk county resident, passed away at his home Wednesday morning. Graveside services will be held at the Burch Pioneer cemetery at Rickreall at 2:30 Friday. Mr Craven was born in Millville, Missouri, October 2, 1873, the son of Mr and Mrs R.C. Craven. The family moved to Polk county in 1889, purchasing the Hayter farm east of Dallas. Mr Craven is survived by his wife, one daughter Mrs Mable Simpson of Salem and one son Allen L. Craven of Garibaldi. He also leaves four brothers, F.J. Craven and Rea W. Craven of Dallas, E.H. and E.A. Craven of Los Angeles, Calif.
