Robert J. Shepard, late resident of Salem route 6 (Zena), at an Albany hospital, December 30, Survived by wife, Grace W. Shepard of Zena; daughter, Mrs Marjorie Washburn of Zena; sisters, Mrs Alice Garlington of Missoula, Mont, Mrs Ruth S. Hosch of Scio; brothers, E. Ray Shepard of Washington, DC, Ralph C. Shepard of Zena, Fred C. Shepard of Bend, and grandchildren, Hal and Bobby Washburn of Zena. Services will be held Wednesday, January 3, 1:30 pm at the Clough-Barrick chapel with the Rev Dudley Strain officiating. Interment at Zena cemetery.
