OBITUARY: 

A service for Alice Carrie Rogers, 78, of 2855 Brooks Ave NE, who died Saturday, will be at 10 am Wednesday at Howell-Edwards-Doerksen mortuary with interment in Zena cemetery in Spring Valley. Survivors include her husband, Sidney; son, Clayton, Salem; sister, Ethel Reed, Brea, Calif, and Eva McGuire, Belleville, Ark; and two grandchildren. She moved to Salem in 1971 from California and was a member of the West Salem Baptist Church. The family suggests contributions to the Oregon Heart Association.

Services will be held Wed Nov 18 at 10:00 am in the Howell-Edwards-Doerksen Chapel of the Gardens, 1350 Com’l SE. Interment Zena Cemetery. For those who wish contributions may be made to the Oregon Heart Association.
