OBITUARY: 

John I. Miller, 95, of 1143 2nd St NW, a construction laborer and a resident here since 1903, died Thursday in an Independence nursing home. Surviving are his widow, Maude E., Salem; two daughters, Dorothy Clark and Fern Bradford, both of Salem; a son, Robert; a sister, four grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Services are pending at Howell-Edwards-Doerksen Chapel of the Gardens.
