A funeral will be at 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, 1996, in Simon Funeral Chapel in Woodburn for Robert H. McGilchrist, who died Dec. 4 in Hubbard of a heart attack at age 66.
Mr. McGilchrist was born May 5, 1930, in Salem. He was a truck driver for Schrock's Trucking Co. and retired 17 years ago.
He married Norma Kime in 1951. She died in 1989.
Survivors include his sons, Rob of Hubbard, and David of Vancouver, Wash.; daughters, Lori Jo McGilchrist and Jerilyn Johnson, both of Portland, Jan Romane of Hillsboro, and Kathleen Peterson of Hubbard; sisters, Cora Potter of Roseburg, and Arlie Emmons of Woodburn; and 11 grandchildren.
Private burial will be in Zena Cemetery in Salem.
