OBITUARY: 

Evangeline B. Willet Little, 64, died at her home in Salem on March 18. She was born at Pedee and was raised in Monmouth. She graduated from Oregon College of Education and taught school for 27 years at Valsetz, Pedee, Marion, Depoe Bay, Newport, Kinzua and Woodland, Washy. For the last 15 years she was at Pendleton. Mrs Little moved to Salem three years ago from Pendleton after the death of her husband, Herbert. She was a member of Judson Baptist church in Salem and the Rebekah Lodge. Survivors include sons Gilbert of Hermison, Jasper of North Hollywood, Calif; a daughter Mrs H.N. Adams of Hermiston; one brother, Cecil Willet of Florence; thee sisters, Mrs Vestal Loveall of Salem, Mrs Christa Dennison of Jasper and Mrs Shirley Hunter of Sitka, Alaska, and five grandchildren. Graveside services were at Womer cemetery in Pedee on March 21 with Virgil T. Golden in charge of arrangements.
