Peggy Bredstrand, Nov 25, 1907-Feb 9, 1990

Castro Valley, Calif – Peggy Brestrand, 82, died Friday. A Georgia native, she had lived in California for many years, working as a fraternity housemother as San Jose State University. She spent many summers in Monmouth with her family. She enjoyed cooking and flowers. Survivors include her daughter, Irene B. Doll of Monmouth; and son, Vernon Hurst of Fallon, Nev. Graveside services will begin at 2 pm Tuesday in Womer Cemetery, Pedee. Arrangements are by Bollman mortuary, Dallas.
