OBITUARY: 
Funeral services were held in the Bollman Chapel at Dallas at 2 pm Tuesday for Charles Edwin Osborn, 61, who died Sunday morning after an illness of two years. He had lived in the Lewisville community south of Dallas since moving there during the war from Luckiamute. He was born May 6, 1891 in Sheridan county, Neb, the son of Eugene C. and Emma R. Osborn. He came to Luckiamute in 1897. He had been a member of the Lewisville EUB church since 1916. Survivors are brothers and sisters, Wesley of Halsey, Frank of Gervais, Lois Smith of Talent, Mattie George of Dallas, Vern and Millie Hoover of Monmouth; Will McCormick of Pedee, George McCormack of Salem; Lura Trueax of Pedee; Cora Harris of Philomath.
