OBITUARY: 
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Henkle & Bollman chapel for Wallace Taber Brown of McTimmonds Valley, with Rev. O. D. Harris, pastor of the Dallas Christian church, officiating. 
Mr. Brown was born June 20, 1872, in Visalia, Calif, but had resided in Polk county since early childhood. He was active in the lumber mill business for many years. M.r Brown passed away last Thursday in a Salem hospital. He was married January 14, 1917, to Grace Powell, who survives. He also leaves a brother, Charles Taber of San Francisco and two sisters, Mrs. G.
A. Cobb and Mrs. W. G. Case, both of Oakland, Calif.
