NOTE - husband Samuel Haptonstall died 1 Apr 1904 at Halsey, Linn Co, Oregon (OSBH DC 1904 Linn Co #1006), and was buried in the Halsey Pioneer Cemetery where there is a marker for him. Smith cemetery records (transcript at PCHS) list "Grandma Haptonstall" who died 1908. This would indicate that she moved to Lewisville to be with her son George and was buried in Smith Cemetery at Lewisville rather than being returned to Halsey for burial beside her husband.
