OBITUARY: 
LEBANON – Hulda Wienert Worthylake, 84, of 1644 Cooper St, died Thursday. 
Born in Doon, Iowa, she moved to Eastern Oregon in 1906 and to the Willamette Valley in 1914. She worked in Toledo public schools 1944-64 and came to Lebanon after retiring. She was a member of United Methodist Church and Crowfoot Grange. Survivors include daughters, Patricia Hontington, Madras, and Barbara Wyatt, Lebanon, son, Ralph, Medford, and sister, Laura Hadley, Auburn, Wash. Services will be at 1 pm Monday at Jost mortuary with burial at 3:30 pm at Fir Crest Cemetery, Monmouth. [sic; English cemetery]. Contributions may be made to Crowfoot Grange.
