OBITUARY:  Bertha Ogle, Sept. 25, 1906-Feb. 4, 1998 Bertha Ogle of Corvallis died Feb 4 at Heart of the Valley Care Center. She was 91. Born in Pedee to Lewis and Eva Edwards, she graduated from the eighth grade at Pedee School. After moving to Independence she married Carl Ogle on March 18, 1928. He died in January 1986. She had worked at DuBose Dry Cleaners since 1945, retiring in 1974. She enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, card playing and spending time with her family. Survivors include a daughter, Arlene Brown of Corvallis; a grandson, Daniel Brown of Vancouver; a granddaughter, Lori Church of Corvallis; and five great-grandchildren. Graveside services were held Feb 6 at Edwards Pioneer Cemetery in Pedee. MeHenry Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
